ooooh i LOVE that programme!!!

I would make some nibbles to start with, just really simple things like chips n dips, crudites etc for everyone to eat whilst i was finishing off the cooking!.!.!.!.!.

then to start, my homemade spicy veg soup with crusty bread

for mains stuffed roast pork with crispy roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots, maybe a side of cauliflower cheese (veggie option would be stuffed mushrooms - id stuff them with couscous and chunks of feta)

dessert would be something light like pavlova after the heavy main course topped with exotic fruits ie!. kiwi, mango, lychee etc but im also very partial to creme brulee myself yum yum!!!!

Where do u live!? Maybe we should all apply together!? haha
