Can you give me a dessert recipe?!
i am going to a potluck on monday and i need to bring dessert!. My daughter is allergic to milk and eggs tho so i would like to make something that she could eat!. any one have any yummy ideas that are milk and egg free!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about peanut brittle!?
PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY
2 c!. shelled peanuts
1 c!. sugar
1/2 c!. water
1/2 c!. corn syrup
Put all ingredients into pan!. Boil until thick or on a candy thermometer 290 degrees or until some of the syrup dropped into cold water forms a brittle thread or ball!. Peanuts will pop like popcorn!. Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon baking soda!. Stir well!. Pour quickly into greased pan and spread!. Let cool, then break into pieces!.

Poached pears and balsamic syrup!. Poach pears in sweet white wine spices like vanilla and cloves or your choice and make a simple syrup of equal parts sugar and balsamic vinegar!. reduce until thick!. refrigerate all and dress pears with syrup at the table!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
