Summer movie night dinner? ANSWERS ASAP PLZ!?
My dad is in Quebec (he's a teacher) with his class so me, my mom and my sisters are having a movie night tommorow night. My Mom says she really doesn't want to cook something like lasagna because it's, like, 32 degrees C where I live. We can't order in, so any suggestions? ANSWERS ASAP PLEASE!!!!!

If you want to keep the idea with hot italian food there you can do a srt of stove top ziti (pasta, sauce, melted motzerella) or a stovetop chicken parm.
However it sounds like its pretty hot, so maybe do a salad night and make pick a selection of different salads, tossed salad, pasta salad (meat, cheese, veggies, italian dressing), potato salad, cole slaw, fruit salad.... You can get a hunk or ends at the deli and just cube them to add to a salad and have chef salads...
Sandwiches, subs, wraps are always good options
Theres always something on the grill.
Make a pot of Chili, you can cook it in the crockpot.

Why not individual pizza's and everyone can pick there own toppings. and then do ice cream, popcorn and candy
