You CANNOT please everyone, it's a fact! But just give them a few choices!. If it's a sit down, offer steak, chicken and fish, or steak, chicken and a non-meat dish, to cover vegetarians!. You can put a note on the card asking anyone with special dietary needs to note on their return card (for example, nut allergies or a salt free dinner)!. Buffets always have SOMETHING that everyone can eat, even if it's just plain rice! Don't fret too much about the guests, it's your day and they'll manage - congrats!
As for prices, they include service, beverages, etc, so keep that in mind!. Call around to make sure your place isn't that out of range with other places!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stick with the basics for menu choices (chicken, steak or tilapia are good choices for a sit down dinner main dish)!. Menu prices are outrageous but the whole wedding industry is like that!. People are willing to pay those prices so caterers (and wedding planners, churches, reception halls, etc) charge what they will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check with your planner or cater see if going buffet style maybe a better choice!. For my nephews reception we offered three meats roast beef, fish and chicken we also offered veggie offerings, for those who didn't eat meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pick what you like if they don't like it they can go to the bar for peanuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
