make your own caramel apples..fodue style..have assorted toppings...m&ms , peanute, pretzels...etc

take a cookie cutter and make mini pancakes with shapes of pumpkins and bats make the batter with bisquick add eggs sugar and mix well and pour on to heated pan with metal pumpkin shape cookie cutter or bat and the add chocolate chips

Get some boxes and Black trash bags, and halloween decorations, and make a haunted tunnel. Or take them Snipe Hunting, haha...

A good old time game would be trying to open the bite sized candy bars with mittens on, (no fingered gloves), using their hands only, no teeth!

Buy a few cheap cookie cutters and cut bread into the shapes that you have bought. If you're going to use meat and cheese for the sandwiches, cut those into the shapes too. :]

have lots of food ( good veriety) and a bunch of games, bobbing for apples, scary stories, movies..ect.
