Plan on about 1/2 cup per serving!. If you're making banana splits, then plan on 3 servings per person per split!. Some folks might not want ice cream, or might prefer an ice cream float instead!. You can probably feed 75 people on a 5 gallon tub of ice cream, give or take a few!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
