Have your party at a bowling alley!. It would be so much fun!. You can reserve a couple of lanes, the music will be blaring, you and your friends will be bowling, laughing, talking, and having a good time!. Most bowling alleys serve food so you really only have to bring a cake!.
Depending on the date of your birthday, you might be able to have it at an amusement park, like Cedar Point or Six Flags!.
Most movie theater's have a room that you can reserve for birthday parties!. After partying at the theater, you and your friends can go out to eat!.

If your low on money, use stuff from past birthday parties!. like if you had a strawberry shortcake party when you were five, a barney party when you were four, and a bratz party when you were ten just use stuff from past parties and call it the RaNdOm PaRtY and have your friends dress up in a totally random outfit!. And for invitations get a stack of colored construction paper and cut them all really thin and then weave them through each other and tape the ends and get on your wordpad on the computer and type out the info for your party and then tape/glue it to the woven construction paper and fold in half, put in envelopes, and mail to the party people!. for games play regular party games with a little twist like:

spin the spork
pin the ice cream on the cone
tooth or pair
marco polo (mermaid edition where they go "glub glub" and you go "neigh"Www@FoodAQ@Com

what you need is lots of finger foods!. Something simple too!. Why dont you try chinese things like teriyaki chicken wings, or chinese style wings you can use thighs the drum sticks etc!. Most chinese recipes you just marinade them the night before and pop them in the oven the day of the party it so simple!.
Teriyaki wings

Chinese style wings
* 2 lbs!. raw chicken wings
* 4 tbsp!. cornstarch
* 1 tsp!. sugar
* 1 tsp!. fresh ginger
* 2 tsp!. salt
* 1/2 tsp!. pepper
* 1 tsp!. garlic powder
* 4 tbsp!. soy sauce
you could also do indian marinaded drum sticks all you will need is nat yogurt and korma/tandori paste mixed together!.
You might be better off doing a google search for recipes!.
Anything that can be marinaded over night and popped in the oven on the day will be easiest for you wings drummers and ribs are your cheapest meats you could do a chinese salad by adding noodles to the mixed leaves and adding soy sauce & honey to the dressing
