Look at your local bakeries first off, some of them use edible images and have many things to choose from. 2nd ask around for people who make cakes out of their home. Many people who work from their homes are much more creative than most bakeries. You will spend more money this way but you will get a totally unique cake. If you have time and patience and a little bit of an artist inside you, you could try to make it yourself. Good Luck.
I've included a link to some images.

I dont know where you are from, but I got my husband a WWE cake at Walmart last may...it was really cute...check there,

do you want a regular cake or ice cream cake. i once had a golddust cake made for my boys. if you take a picture to dairy queen they can duplicate it onto a cake. it looked really good and exactly like the picture. good luck.

Check your internet yellow pages for specialty cakes or a gormet catering company, if all else fails try begging a cooking school it will be cheap and you might help some one with school!

Look here on ebay;

Might I reccomend the WWE Maria 7.5" Round Edible Image/Cake Decorating

http://cgi.ebay.com/wwe-maria-7-5-round-...

you can take a pic to walmart and have them put it on the cake, or you can take a rectangular cake and make it into a ring and just put action figures on top

Almost any large bakery or grocery store can make one. It is just an image that is printed with edible ink on edible rice paper
