having a party for about 95 people,,want to know how much to order from a catering menu

order enough to feed 100 just incase u have hungry people
half a pound of meat per person
1 slab of ribs per 5 people
thats about all I have.
How big is the tray? What's ON the tray? Meals or appetizers? What time of day?All of these make a difference.
These are questions you should ask the catering people. It's their job to know.

What food? What occasion? A tray of pretzles ain't gonna feed 95 people, but it might do at a party, at pinch. You need to define your question more.
