Depends on the beer. If you charge people $5 at the door, you'll probably break even on the kegs and people probably won't complain. If you want to make a profit on the party for your time and effort, charge $10 but you might get some cheap asses that will complain.

If it's a party why are you charging?? Isn't that considered a club?? Don't you need a permit for that??
Since a full keg equals 15.5 gallons of beer;
there would be 165/12 oz. cups per keg or
124/16 oz. cups per keg. Do you want to make a profit or break even? You decide the price...

I'm going to guess that you will be looking at the 1/2 size, rather than the full.
If you want to just break even on the beer cost, $5.00 should cover it. You will have to pay a deposit for both the keg and tapper. Since you get that back, chalk it up to being a party host.
Here are a couple words of unasked for tips.
Don't provide pitchers. Half of them get warm and dumped.
Let some lucky guest be the bartender. Two or more gallons get wasted by pumping cups of foam.
Keep the beer cold. Warm beer leads to using rolls of paper towels to wipe up beer that refuses to be digested. And don't buy cheep beer...this will end up in even more rolls of paper towels being used. Oh, and also your time spent cleaning furniture the next day.
You're charging people? I never do that ---I just throw the party---spend way too much money, stress WAY out on getting everything together, laugh my a** off during the party and drink heavily and hardily, then wake up the next day and vow I will never ever throw another party. But then the next year rolls around and I do it again. If you're gonna charge people for cups....hmmmm make something fun out of it like ---pass a hat and call it the "Get FILL IN YOUR NAME HERE out of debt party" or something equally dumb and amusing.
It's really bad taste to charge for anything at a party you are throwing, unless you are a pro party thrower, and guests know they pay to play!
It's okay to ask friends if they want to pitch in to buy the beer..but if I am invited to a party, I bring a bottle for us, a bottle for the hostess, and usually a little gift bag for the house...if you told me oh yeah it's 10 bucks for beer, I would probably just sit everything down, and tell you to enjoy, I didn't;t realize that I was a paying customer!

charge enough to cover cab fare or bus tokens for homeward journey...
every guest unless they have a DD [hint: not drunk driver] with them...
will not be able to drive after drinking a gallon each over 6 hour period...
have fun... be responsible and safe... nobody gets injured or killed...
