My friend is having a neon party?
she's turning 13 and she was thinking about having a neon themed party.
There will be guys and girls there so we need gift bag ideas for both boys and girls. We were thinking about giving a small bottle of perfume to the girls in their bags but I don't know.
We also need some ideas of neon things to have at her party. I thought about neon glow sticks but we still need some really cool but out of the ordinary neon decorations.

glowsticks are definitely of good use. you could also use those that you put around the neck or as bracelets. discoballs with neon lights are also great. use neon gift bags and may be you can have people wear neon-colored clothes to match the theme of the party. use neon highlighters and have people sign on a big paper.
