About Bartending School?!
Why is it so expensive!? i hear prices of 700 & 900, but is it really worth it and will a mixology certificate really just land me a bartending job!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I went to a Bartending school back in 1985!. He talked a lot about managing a bar and the laws about how to deal with the bottles before you open them, and after you tear off the seal, etc!. He also talked about how to measure and mix things together!. A lot fewer fancy drinks were popular, so we worked on martinis, manhattans, etc!. Worth $700!.00!? I don't think so if you have an extensive bar at home and know how to mix!. Find a club or place like Chili's that will hire you with no experience and train you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I do not know where you are from but I signed up for a class in NJ for 400 and I have seen them as low as 300!. From what I have heard its not easy to get a bartending job without any experience unless you really know what you are doing or know someone!. If you do decide to go to a school make sure it is certified by the state!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
