What to do on my 30th Birthday in San Francisco?

I want to have a memorable 30th bday with all the people that had been a part of my life, small or big. Any nice fun inexpensive ideas? I prefer to have it outside as to avoid mess and a huge clean up the next day. My bday is on Dec. Thanks.
