Aside from the obvious choices, like chips and dip, nuts, a crudite platter etc, here are a few other options!.!.!.
Shrimp cocktails - you don't need a lot of shrimp for this, buy the cooked, peeled kinds with tails, defrost (if frozen) and serve them on shot glasses half filled with cocktail sauce (cute and easy)
Marinated olives
Caprese skewers - combine equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar (or use a bottle of dressing) and pour over a bowl filled with mozzarella balls (the little ones) and cherry tomatos!. Before the party, thread them onto skewers, alternating cheese and tomatos (you can also add basil leaves to the skewers if you want)
Chicken/beef skewers - make these ahead of time, then refrigerate - serve cold/room temp with a dipping sauce (teriyaki, satay sauce)
'Tostaditos' - use shredded or ground beef/chicken to top round tortilla chips - add a little salsa/guac and sprinkle cheese on top
A more filling option, if the party is around dinner time, is to get a half ham, cook it with a yummy glaze, and then cool!. You can serve it cold if you make the day before, or serve it out of the oven and let it cool (it will be fine) - serve it with little dinner rolls or biscuits, and mustard, so guests can make their own 'sandwiches'!. Thinly shaved roast beef also works for this, and is good w/ mustard
Hopefully these suggestions are helpful!.!.!.

antipasto!. You can go to the store and get cuts of salami and meats, get some blocks of cheese and cube them, get some fresh veggies and cut them into strips and add dip and you have crudites, you can also get crackers and dips and spread them!. A big bowl of salsa can go a long way and if you make it yourself it's cheaper!. All you have to do is dice one onion, one green bell pepper, 2 cans of sliced black olives, three tomatoes, the juice of three limes, and dice up cilantro and it will feed your group!. Popcorn and pretzels go a long way and fill your guests up quickly as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
