ok I work at Subway and we are goinahave a christmas dinner. any ideas what the main dish should be? and dont say "subs" lol they get old

I worked at Subway a long time ago and the boss always let us have a Christmas party on 12/24 after the store closed around 3:00. He would let us eat whatever subs we wanted. It was great. We even made a big six-foot sub to eat!
I guess if you're not going to eat Subway food, a taco dinner would be the next best bet.
You can bring roasted turkey breast (instead whole) or roasted pork, maybe a honey ham. You can have veggie rice, fried plantains, (green or ripe), green salad or mashed potatoes.
*** Then served some great pies like apple or cherry or just bring a cake or caramel flan.
