You can get one at a restaurant supply store. They are a heck of a lot cheaper to rent at a rental place.

argos have 3 different kinds. starting from ￡20.
tescos have one for about ￡30.
the small ones are ok for small functions but if you wanted one for a larger event Eg. a wedding you may need to hire one from a catering company, but these can be expensive.
