What is a beach party?
Forgive my ignorance, but what is a beach party? How can you have such a party in the middle of the city, with no beaches to be found within 1000 miles? Is there a dress code?

With a little creativity you can have a beach party anywhere, I've seen one on a roof top in New York. Hot dogs, hamburgers, a kiddie pool to splash in, beach chairs, music by the Beach Boys, and skinny bikinis. Its better if there is no snow on the ground. Have fun.

A true beach party should be held at a beach. If no beach, a pool would substitute. If not pool, pick a different theme. Dress code: swimsuits.

If there is no beach then there can't be a beach party. Then you could have a pool party. If no pool then go to a waterpark and have a party.
