Well they swim all the time. They have to have something to supply all that energy.
Same like humans!
they are not hungry all the time. you may notice that they dont attack everything and try to eat everything. but if there is competition in the waters and food is scarce, they eat as often as they can...they dont know when they will eat again.

but if Sharks r hungry all the time thn it means tht they r not getting enough food to eat as they r so big fishes so according to tht their body muscles need more energy n by eathing small fishes their stomachs will not be full......so they will still be hungry n will look for more food.......!!
They aren't, they just try to survive, just like humans.
