Answers:
Ok! Number one he is a guy! I vote for a toga party! They are a blast! And all your guests need is a sheet so they are not put in the position of spending a lot on a costume or getup. Good Luck!

Beer themes

How about everyone coming in Lindsay Lohan costumes?

You could have a beachy theme or a toga party.

red and black cross hatching

beer, lots and lots of beer

you should definatly go to LAS vegas!!! and just have fun there then go to your hotel and have a little alchohol, b/c you are now old enogh to GAMBEL and DRINk..wisely lol and HAPPY b-day!!!

i went to one and the theme was black, white and bling it was cool

I say you should rent a bar out and put pool table and darts out. That would be really fun!

try hawaian theme! like a tiki party. hula skirts, leighs?, the whole shabang!

I had a friend who did a "celebrity party" - they rented a limo, had fake "bodyguards" and then at a club, they got a bunch of their friends (who didn't know the Birthday Girl) to act like she was a world famous recording artist - they had pictures of her, and as soon as she came in the club with her entourage, they accosted her for autographs, screamed, and one girl fainted. They also had some people with cameras to pose as papparazi outside the club to take her picture and wait for her to come outside. This generated a buzz in the club, and people sent her free drinks all night and acted like she was famous - it was pretty cool, and definitely something different that made for a good story! Happy partying!

80's theme.. You were born in the 80's
I think it would be a blast.. Something different!
Over processed hair w/ lots of hairspray... Oversized earrings
short skirts with sweat socks and skippies, jean jackets

You could have a mardi gras theme.. or a cocktail party.. or hawaiian.. 80s.. toga.. black and white.. Have Fun!!

For my 21st birthday I reverted back to childhood by playing all the kids games like pin the tail on the donkey, pass the orange, etc. Add alcohol to this mix and it got to be pretty funny. All my guests loved it!

Heres a few themes my friends and I did. Superhero, Dress White Trash, Dress Ghetto.

There are a million themes you can go with. Do something extraordinary like create a scene of a place or country you've always wanted to go but cannot get time away (or in my case afford to) Do a little research and do what seems easiest. Implore a few close friends to help you pull it off. There are many exotic cook books or restaurants that will cater to your needs without spending too much. You can have many types of salads and finger style foods. You do not need to get formal. You can also find themed music for this occasion and some games that would tie-in.

You could have 21 of everything - 21 different kinds of snacks, 21 different kinds of drinks... etc.

masquerade in paris you guys could dress up and have an effiel tower, and do the whole masks.
such as this one..............

you could do a glamour theme/runway, you could hire a make up/hair artist and have your friends all dolled up then do a little fashion show, hence photoshoot OR both themes combined (paris/glamour)
