Any creative christmas food ideas?!

Question:

Any creative christmas food ideas?

Does anyone have any creative ideas on what new things to create for christmas for example I saw the new fried coke snacks that was recently introduced and would like to try similar things.

Answers:
I've made this for years and everyone loves it.

Cranberry Mousse

20 ounces crushed pineapple
1 cup water
6 ounces cranberry gelatin
16 ounces whole cranberry sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Drain the pineapple, reserving the liquid. Add the liquid and water to the gelatin in saucepan and stir. Boil until the gelatin dissolves; remove from the heat.

Pour the gelatin into a large Pyrex serving bowl. Blend in the cranberry sauce, lemon juice, grated peel and nutmeg. Chill until the mixture thickens slightly, then blend in the sour cream. Fold in the pineapple and pecans. Chill until firm, about two to four hours, or overnight.

fried chocolate

well every christmas we eat mexican food it is a family tradition.

In our family we do cross-cultural things like ham and latkes (potato pancakes). I think lutefisk and green bean casserole would be an interesting combo.
Perhaps spaghetti carbonara and cobb salads.
I can go on like this for ever.
Take one from column A and one from column B
Column A
Jello salad
White Rice
Graham Crackers
Chocolate Sauce
Red Wine

Column B
Blue Berries
Tamales
Vodka Martinis
Roast Mutton
Eggs Benedict
