Jello Shot Problems .?!
Me and my friend just made jello shots for a party tomorrow night but we miscalculated the amount of water and alcohol we needed to use, we made them to watery and not enought gelatine, now they look like they wont set, what can we do so that they will set, !?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can try to add more of the Jello mixture!. Pour it all back into your pot and add more of the powder mixture!.

Alcohol is difficult to set, so you always need to add more of the setting agent (jello, gelatine etc) than you would if it was just water!. Usually about a quarter extra is fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

throw them out and start over, you need 1 cup water to 1 cup vodka or rum period or they won't set up!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
