Birthday Party Ideas???!?!

Well, I'll be 15 this Oct!. 21st!. And I dont know what to do for my birthday thing!. Last year we went on a ghost tour and at pizza and watched movies!. and omg it was a BLAST!. we did other things in between but those where the main things!. This year I want to do something fun again!. I'll have 4 people over/come!. But i dont have a lot of money!.!.!.!. what are some ideas!? no halloween things!.
