I answered a question before about favorite cookies. I could describe what my favorite cookie looks like, but ?!
couldn't remember the name!. It is a cookie mostly offered only through bakeries and here is the description:
1!. shaped either as a square or rectangle
2!. layered and coloring is mainly pink, green, and beige
3!. the layers have almost a cake-like consistency
4!. has thin layer of chocolate on top (and I think the bottom, too!)
5!. yummy !!

Those are like little squares of cake layers; about 1/4 the size of a petit four!. I think they might be called Neapolitan LayersWww@FoodAQ@Com
Cake like!? You're not thinking of nanaimo bars and such!? They come in pink green and beige only!.!.!. With thin layers on the top and bottom of chocolate!.
