I'm going to assume you're in America, so I have no idea how strict all the laws are over there (thank god it's 18 here in the UK)!. Assuming you're not all going to fly over here, I'd recommend holding a house party, and just make sure no-one gets too over the top! Should be fine if it's just your closest mates :)

Alternatively there's fake id's, etc etc, I'll leave that to you to figure out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well- #1- If you serve liquor/beer, etc!. to minors (your 19 & 20 yr!. old friends)- you are legally responsible -since you will now be an "adult" - and you are liable should anything happen!. -- That said, you can still throw a rockin' party - just don't serve booze! -- If you want to "toast" the BD girl- do it with faux champagne or bottles of Sparkling grape juice -which has the "bubbly" effect in a wine-looking bottle- but no alcohol content!. If you feel like you need to party w/alcohol -- do it without your "minor" friends - and with a designated driver --
Have a safe 21st birthday ---Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about don't!? Just don't get drinks or anything!. That's the easiest way!Www@FoodAQ@Com
