I love spring rolls, shrimp, cranberry brie puffs (mmm), fried zuchini (its actually soo frickin good!)
back when I ate meat (and seafood, note shrimp above) I used to love honey garlic chicken wings, of course shrimp, crab cakes were pretty good, meatballs were pretty okay, pigs in a blanket were nice!.
As for cold hors d'oeuvres I love fresh fruit with a caramel and/or chocolate sauce for dipping, crackers and different cheeses (jalapeno and salsa cheese are a nice twist!. Classics like marble and chedder are great too!), California rolls and other types of sushi, Veggies and spinich dip, pumpernickle and spinich dip (mmmm!.) ooh for a hot one again, hot artichoke and cheese dip is SOO good on break or rice crackers!
Mmm don't forget nice sparkling punches and stuff!. That stuff is so addicting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cold- if hosting a dinner party I'll usually have a variety of artisan cheeses and prosciuto along with seasonal fruit/veg; usually something designed to compliment whatever wines I'm serving!.
Hot- I don't like using the pre-made (frozen) stuff, and as much as I'd like to have the time to make a proper puff pastry, I don't!. But there is something to be said for the noble chicken wing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
