Serve sandwiches, pasta salad and a light dessert. Also appetizers might be good too, like cheese and crackers or with dip or chicken wings.
Game wise: 1) (for the dads-to-be) blindfold them and have them diaper a doll as fast as they can.
2) find as many safety pins in a big bowl of rice with eyes closed or blindfolded
3) guess the number of candies in a baby bottle (use M&M's or any small sized candy)
4) do a word search or unscramble words on paper. the fastest person to find all of them wins
5) pass the baby bottle (like hot potato)
6) put different kinds of chocolate candy bars melted in diapers and they need to to guess which candy bar it is (use about 6) I know it sounds kinda weird, but I knew some people that thought this game was fun!
CHicken salad coissants. With swiss cheeese and some nice lettuce. Make sure you have grapes and almonds in your salad.
Add some celery and carrot sticks & cake.
The coissants look classy and are really yummy... I do them for parties often. It appears you did alot.
creme pie
Make sure all of your foods are miniature - baby carrots, little sandwiches, etc.
Games:
Everyone is given a bottle filled with water -- they must suck on the bottles till empty. Winner gets a prize. Mom gets the bottles.
Memory - take a tray and place all sorts of baby items on it (thermometer, comb, etc). Cover with a receiving blanket. Uncover and walk around showing everyone the items. Recover and walk away. Now they have to list each item that they saw. Winner get a prize. Mom get the items and the blanket.

As for food, serve finger sandwiches, spring rolls, deviled eggs, salads, fruit salads, veggies and dips, small quiches, cookies and maybe a cake.
Good luck.
I recently hosted my girlfriend's baby shower and we created a "belly cast". You take skin safe paper mache' and have everyone apply a piece until it forms a complete shape around the belly. It dries quickly and you can have the guests write a message on it. It makes a great keep sake. I found all of the materials at Michael's (arts/crafts store). Good luck!
A fun game is to have each guest take a roll of toilet paper and rip off a piece that they think will fit around the pregnant momma. It's fun but I wouldn't suggest it if the pregnant lady is overweight because some people are not too good at judging size and it could be offensive! :o)
If all women are attending tea and sweets are great. For the diabetics a fruit tray.Games---guess how many sheets of toilet paper it takes to reach around the moms tummy--put rice and small safety pins in a bowl, blindfold the guest, time them to see how many pins they can remove from bowl--hand everyone pacifiers the last on with it in their mouth wins---pass out napkins folded as a diper, the one with the surprise inside wins--how many clothes pins can you hold in one hand(removing from a wire one at a time)And baby bingo, they write what they think will be given as gifts in the squares as the gifts are opened mark them off to win.....Have fun......
