Whats a cute birthday cake idea for a 4 yr old girl?!

Four a 4 year old: I'd suggest cupcakes or those dirt cups (with gummy worms are fun!.)

If she likes "princesses," you can make either a bundt cake (or use a pyrex mixing bowl) and get a doll torso (at a craft store) to stick in the center!. Frost the skirt (canned frosting is fine); and pipe flowers on it; and pipe the frosting up as the bodice of the dress (you can use the squirt-can frosting with tips)!. You could do the color whatever her favorite princess wears (assuming she likes the Disney princesses:) !.!.!.!.!.!. You could also bake a cake in a pyrex mixing bowl; invert it and decorate it to look like Dora's head (black string licorice for hair) !.!.!.!.!.
