Mixing Oil In Chocolate For A Chocolate Fountain?!

Question:

Mixing Oil In Chocolate For A Chocolate Fountain?

I need to know how to prepare chocolate for a Chocolate Fountain -- specially adding oil into the mixture, etc.?

Answers:
Firstly you need to melt the chocolate on a slow heat as you do not want to have the liquid lumpy, so you will also need to continually stir during this process.

Depending on the type of chocolate you are using will dictate the type of oil needed so it would be worth doing some research to see what is compatible, in particular because the compounds in milk, dark and white chocolate are all different.

Enjoy your chocolate fountain!

Don't do it unless you use vegan chocolate. K?

If you use regular semi sweet chocolate chips, for every cup of chocolate chips you need about 1/4 cup of oil. Place the chocolate chip and oil in a microwave safe bowl, zap for 1 minute, stir, then zap in 30 to 60 second intervals, stirring after each zap until melted and smooth.

First u should need to mix the chocolate powder or few chocolates (if you r proceeding with chocolates first u should powder the chocolates and then proceed) with some water and allow it to heat for 15 Min's and mix that mixture with burnt oil and here it is the mixture is ready for the chocolate fountain. Enjoy with it OK.
