It sounds like you already have some good ideas!. We had a party for 60 people and were wondering the same thing!. It is also expensive to feed that many people!

The menu we finally decided on was baked ziti!.!.!.which is so simple!. It is just ziti noodles with spaghetti sauce and a couple fo Italian cheeses melted on top!. You can even add some sausage meat to it if you would like!. We made a huge salad using the pre-torn bagged lettuce then bought some pre-made french bread!. Finally we bought a cake for dessert!. No one worked overly hard and it was a great success!. People felt they got a nice well rounded meal and it was tasty too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a big fan of finger foods as well to rid of extra utensils!. For desserts, get cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and ice cream sandwiches!.

Think of dinner themes!.

1!. Fried Chicken and fixings (cole slaw, mashed potatoes, etc)

2!. Pizza

3!. Italian (baked ziti, mostacholli), salads

4!. party subs (4 food long sub sandwiches), salads, chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u should contact your local pizzeria and order some full trays of pasta (cheap and filling) and 1 entree and 1 side !. have a salad and bread out!.
most place charge like 12!.00 a person - u cant beat that and they provide bread salad and utnesils

or just get like three 6 foot long heros - they give you cold salads to go with
one italian one, an american one and either a chicken cutlet one or eggplant oneWww@FoodAQ@Com

At your local Costco, all those items can be purchased ready to serve!. There are also party spirals that just have to be defrosted and plated!. Keep it light and fingerfood-y otherwise you are feeding people dinner!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

have subway or boston market cater the eventWww@FoodAQ@Com
