Looks wonderful to me! Don't forget the flowers for the table and if you can afford it a tiny trinket for each guests place at the table!. You can find wonderful little nothings in one of the specialty shops that cater to weddings!.

As for your ending to the meal, try a washday cobbler or one of the quick mixed fruit cobblers!. You can plan the cobbler to be just out of the oven when everyone sits down to eat so you can serve it warm about 15 minutes after your dinner!. Add a scoop of ice cream and you are the hostess with the mostess!.

My favorite is:

Since you're having mimosas, ditch the wine!.

Since you're having fresh fruit, a veggie quiche and fresh asparagus, ditch the veggie tray and the garden salad!. Choice of quiche (or both!), fruit salad, and asparagus is plenty for a main meal!.

Do something decadent but simple for dessert: chocolate fondue! You basically melt semi-sweet choc chips w/ a bit of heavy cream, then offer dipping items: pirouette cookies or lady fingers, capped strawberries, Nutter Butter cookies, pound cake, pretzels!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds good especially the quiche - love it!
When I do brunch I make something we just call breakfast treat - and it is a treat - too many calories but really good lol!.

get two packs of crescent rolls and two bars of cream cheese!. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature!. Mix the cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla!.

roll out one tube of crescent rolls in a 9 x 13 pan
spoon cream cheese over top of rolls
cover cream cheese with the other tube of crescent rolls
melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour on top
sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes!.

Let cool and you can cut it in small squares to serve!. It is very rich so I usually make the squares pretty small!. Hope you have a great brunch!Www@FoodAQ@Com

This pumpkin dip is incredibly good! You can serve it with apple & pear slices, gingersnaps and graham crackers!.!.!.!.

PUMPKIN PIE DIP

1 15-oz!. can pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp!. cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp!. ginger
Beat cream cheese & sugar at medium with electric mixer until s mooth!. Add rest of ingredients!. Cover and chill 8 hours!.!.!.
