BBQ! Hotdogs, steak kabobs, regular steak, drum sticks, honey bbq wings, the list goes on! Also serve with corn bread, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. Think southern!
For decor, have hay stacks and straw scattered a bit. Hang cowboy hats, red bandanas. and toy guns on the wall. And try decorating with farm yard stuffed animals all around the house, cows, chickens, pig, and what-not.

I went to a barnyard party a couple years ago. He had a special ordered cake that had a farm on it. It was really yummy and it was very cute. Also if you have a tractor or something put it out for the effect.

BBQ - hot dogs / potato salad / baked beans.

Hay Bales for all to sit on - you might want to put a piece of cloth to sit on. Scarecrows (with birds on them).

Everyone dresses in 'cowboy' attire.

You can get animal 'noses' at orientaltrading.com and that way each person will be one of the barnyard animals. They can act out their animal with sounds / movements and then have different 'winners' - so everybody gets wins something.

pig slop(salad in a bucket),pig in a bun(sausage in a bun),oh and u can also decorate the table w/ candy corn.
