Why doesn't our new arthur price cutlery have the grading stars on the knives?!

Question:

Why doesn't our new arthur price cutlery have the grading stars on the knives?

we've been told that 2 * means 25 yr silver plate, 3* means 35 yr silver plate and 5* can mean either sovereign silver plate or sovereign stainless steel. We've just bought a 44 piece set from TK Maxx and it has no stars at all....anyone know anything bout the grading system...or any suggestions of possible explanations would be appreciated.thankies in advance :o)

Answers:
emmm who really cares you buy cutlery to eat with not to say my cutlery is graded 5* and obviously better that your crappy 3* or is it you are that shallow you want everyone to know you bought a set of cutlery.........i like to have a tirade now and again ..clears the head....got any more DEEP questions you can ask

Good idea - contact the makers

Have you looked at the companies web site? Keep you receipt in case they want to see proof of purchase. It may be that the set you have bought is not the real thing and it's just the box that has the name on it!

Check it out with Arthur Price directly - that's my best advice.

your cutlery dosen't have the stars on it because you brought it from the same bloke as me
Del Boy has just had a new shipment in from china and it's all hookey gear
