What about a day of charm? Shopping at retro shops/ 20s style clothing and ending up with a fancy dress party at a tea shop for high tea?
Or have a sports day/picnic at a miniature golf place?
A party at a garden maze?
Or pizza & soda and an all day movie fest?

this seems like it might not work, because thast what i thought originally, but i just went to a sweet 16 that got henna tattoos and it was a hit! they have a huge book of designs and everyone wanted them all over! i HIGHLY sugggest looking into that.
definatley got to get an awesome dj. a ton of random lights, bubble machine hehe, great food, and a huge guestlist!

I always go with the five w's - who, what, where, when and why
who - you sweet 16 what - a party where- ? when -? and why turning into a young lady
then decide what your colours will be, then divide the quests up into either odd or even numbers. what will be your decorations and table centerpieces. do you want a big party, or little party
finger foods or catering.
you can have all girlfriends or boys and girls - once you decide this then all the other stuff comes easy...like maybe giving each guest a box/bag of little candies/gifts that total 16 as a gift for coming. have sixteen balloons per table, sixteen sparklers, have combinations of 16 throughout your theme. you can also do the every 17, the one for good luck could get to go home with the balloons or a gift. have a DJ, every 16th song have a slow dance or a funky dance contest. be creative and fun,
food- do combinations again of 16 different snacks, 16 different beverages, whatever you decide I'm sure it will be fun, have a great time....kat
moslty it depends on what she like. u should get her answere from her and then look at her grades in school and then throw her the party that way she does good and u check up on her. one thing i would say to have a sweet 16 would be to have it really exotic. with dacers for everybody but not like playboy. or maybe u can have a dance u know like "before night falls" and that way u can dance and all the couples there could also have fun. and in case she has a boyfriend they can enjoy that time to be together.
