im new at school and everyone likes me so far but i want to throw a awesome halloween party with one of my friends how do i do this and should it be outside!?

Rather have it inside the house becuase you never know if it will rain or get too cold!. Start off by choosing good decorations and the type of food you want to have at the party!. Make people wear costumes cause well its halloween!. Pick out music if your gonna have dancing!. =]

Instead of generalizing the theme as Halloween, make it a Witches and Wizards party! Everyone can still come in costume and the decorations can reflect the theme!
You take chances with an outdoor party of any type, due to weather, etc!.
