Answers:
Buy some gourmet bread in maybe 2 different types and serve a sandwich tray. Have a dip bowl with mayo and mustard.

You put it on a plate with cheese and crackers and maybe some sort of dip.

Turkey with mustard dip.

Slice it thinly, place it on sandwich raps with cream cheese mixed with onion dip mix, roasted peppers in a jar, and thinly sliced pepper jack cheese. Roll up the wraps, and cut thin into little pinwheels. Excellent!

Arrange a platter first with a bed of lettuce. Slice the turkey and arrange the slices in a circle attractively on the platter. In the center place the thighs and drumsticks. Have other plates with mash potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce.

Get some Lavash bread (roll up bread) I'd get the tomato kind and the spinach kind
Chop up the turkey
Chop up some colorful raw veggies incl. lettuce
Make an easy aoli sauce mixing mayo and some store bought pesto sauce
Slather the sauce on the bread
Add the other stuff
Roll it up
Slice 2'' sections on a diagonal slant and secure with a toothpicks

TURKEY TEA SANDWICHES

SCALLION CREAM CHEESE
3/4 pound cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup minced scallions (white and green parts)

SANDWICHES
1 loaf dense raisin-nut bread, unsliced
8 thin slices fresh or smoked turkey breast
Fresh basil leaves

For the scallion cream cheese, combine the cream cheese and scallions in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Do not whip.

For the sandwiches, have the store slice the bread lengthwise on a meat slicer into 1/4-inch-thick slices. (If that isn't possible, you can slice it crosswise with a very sharp knife.)

Lay out 8 slices of bread and spread them all with a thin layer of scallion cream cheese. Place a single layer of turkey on half the slices, cutting the edges to fit the bread. Place the basil leaves randomly on top of the turkey. Top with the other 4 slices of bread, cream cheese side down. Lay the sandwiches on a baking sheet, and wrap the sheet with plastic. Refrigerate until the cream cheese is cold and firm. Place the sandwiches on a cutting board and, with a very sharp knife, cut off the crusts. Cut each large sandwich in half crosswise, and then cut each half diagonally, twice, to make a total of 8 small triangles. (If the bread was cut crosswise, follow the assembly instructions, then cut off the crusts and cut diagonally, twice, to make 4 small triangles.) Serve chilled.

Makes 32 sandwiches; serves 8 to 10.

What you do, is slice the turkey (whatever thickness you like)

Then place a dollop of cranberry mayo OR a tomato and your favourite cheese on a canape (those little round cracker break thingys) and then top with turkey
Voila instant hors d'eurve

sandweges

Buy loaves of italian bread ... slice the turkey thinly ... make a cranberry mayo by mixing 1 can of cranberry sauce with 2 cups of real mayonaisse. Slice the loaf of bread open .... spread the mayo on both sides ... put the thin slices of turkey on it ... top it with thin slices of swiss cheese .. top the swiss with slices of oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, then romaine lettuce ... another layer of turkey. Press the bread down and then slice the sandwich into individual pieces.

Buy some nice dinner rolls at the bakery. Split them horizontally. Place a slice of turkey and some spread made from one block of cream cheese mixed with half a can of whole berry cranberry sauce and a half cup of chopped pecans. It is yummy and tastes Wonderful and looks Really Pretty! To make them even more attractive - place a frilled sandwich pick through the top middle of the mini-sandwich - you could put a small gerkin or olive on the pick first if you want.

Sure--SANDWICHES!!!!

easily, make it into turkey salad or serve turkey on finger sanwiches.
