Any Party Favor ideas for a Skate party?!

Question:

Any Party Favor ideas for a Skate party?

ITS A KIDS PARTY!!!!

Answers:
Fun or funky shoe laces for their roller skates

check out orientaltrading.com, they have excellent gift packs and such.

Also, depending on the age of the kids, the local dollar store always has cute cheap little toys and trinkets.

Take plain ice cream cones, and roll the wide tops in icing. Then dredge in sprinkles. Fill them with little candies, and stickers and stuff, wrap it all in cellophane with little name tags for each child tied to it. They can eat every thing if you choose to leave out stickers and stuff like that. Try mini candybars, smarties, tootsie rolls, and fill it with m & ms minis in the bottom to hold everythign upright.

Is it in a skating rink or in your backyard. If in a skating rink, serve hot co-coa and cupcakes for snacks. If in your backyard. serve hot co-coa and if possible, have a small campfire to roast smores. Have music to skate by, and a few games such as:
STRIDE AND GLIDE
Choose a starting line from which every contestant can skate three strides and then glide. Whoever goes the farthest wins. For a greater challenge, try gliding on one skate.
FREEZE TAG
In this team game, each captain tries to tag and "freeze" players from the other group. Once frozen, skaters cannot move unless they are tagged by their own team captain. When all the members of one team (except for the captain) are frozen in place, the other team is declared the winner.
PAIRS RACING
The object of this contest is to be the first pair to travel the length of the ice, circle around a specified marker and make it back. The trick is that pairs must stand face-to-face holding hands so that one person skates backward, pulling the other forward.
1...2...3 RED LIGHT
One skater, It, stands at the far end of the ice with his back to the rest of the crowd. While It counts aloud, everyone else skates forward. At any time, It may shout "red light" and turn around. Skaters still moving must return to the starting line. The game continues in this manner until one skater reaches and tags It.

Not much more is needed. Unless of course it's outside, then have a snowman contest as well. Pictures taken by the snowman. When I was a kid there was an old man and woman Mr & Mrs Ingles who lived next to the abandoned Ingleside School. Mr. Ingles would flood a rink every winter and make a campfire on the side of it. His wife would make hot co-coa to serve the neighbor kids and would bring the fixings for smores. Couldn't be a nicer memory.

Is it at a skating rink? If so give the kids those glow in the dark necklaces to wear around their necks.

try small CDs they are round like wheels and you listen to music when you skate.

jan

I would go with small sacks filled with various candy, gum and then something cool like one of those light stick necklaces or bracelets. One of those disco-ball key chains would be cute too.
You can get those at Card & Party, Oriental Trading Company and also at Walmart.

Those whizzer whistles are fun, too.

you should buy ice-cream and cookies and a pieanta and put candy in it then have sleepover
