Answers:
<>You can draw a TABLE in MS Word or set up one in MS Excel very easily.

I have found that the easiest way to post one of these things is to do it on Evite. You can post the details of your event, then put up a list of things you want people to bring. As guests RSVP for your event, they pick something off of your list.

Don't know which programs you have, so lets go basic.

You are going to need a table or at least underlines.

Determine how many people will be attending, then you need to decide what needs to be brought. Is the company providing the turkey or anything? For now, I am assuming so.

Sample: (they put their name on the line)

______________________ Dessert
______________________ Dessert
______________________ Vegetable Dish
______________________ Vegetable Tray
______________________ Plates and Napkins
______________________ Cups and plastic utensils
______________________ Drinks for all
______________________ Stuffing
______________________ Mashed Potatos
______________________ Rolls and Butter

You get the idea. Try to cover every aspect so you don't end up with 5 desserts and no vegetables.

Decorate the page with clip art to get their attention.
E-Mail me if I can be of further help.

Write a menu for your own notes, figure how many folks are coming and divide the menu into equally expensive chunks. For example, buying the stuff for a tossed salad will cost about the same as buying 3 or 4 large bags of chips. Make your list and include a place for the folks to sign up. Make your menu generic, like "meat" instead of "turkey" and "dessert" instead of "pumpkin pie."
