little meatballs
stuffed mushrooms - simply remove stem and chop, add that to cream cheese (room temperature) mix together!. at this point you can add garlic powder or any kind of seasoning or just plain!.
fill the mixture in the mushroom caps and broil for a few minutes!. just keep an eye on them!.
you can also make chicken or tuna salad!. cut your bread on the diagonal (twice) till you have 4 small triangles!. add your chicken or tuna salad!. when you get better at cutting the bread you can stack a few slices together and cut!. i forgot to mention to remove the crust!.
you can also do a spinach or cucumber dip ( women love cucumbers)

8-9 asparagus spears
1/2 (16 ounces) package frozen phyllo sheets, thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan
preheat oven to 375 degrees F
snap off the tough ends of the asparagus!. unwrap the phyllo and cut the stack in half lengthwise!. reserve 1 stack for later use!. cover the phyllo with damp towel to keep it from drying out!. take 1 sheet of phyllo and brush lightly with butter, melted!. sprinkle with some parmesan cheese!. place 2-3 spears on the short end of the sheet!. roll up jelly roll style!. place each piece seam side downon a baking sheet!. brush with more melted butter and sprinkle with more parmesan!. repeat untill all the asparagus spears are used up!. place baking sheet in oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or untill golden brown and crispy!.
