Totally- in fact, I actually think parties are more fun with around 15 people than they are with like 100, because it's not as stressful for the hostess, first of all, and then also because then you really get to interact with every single guest there instead of just seeing a giant sea of people swarming about all night.
It sure can. If you guys can agree about what to do and people are enjoying themselves, it can be very fun.
