for invitations blow up a beach ball and write all the information on it!. then deflate it and give it to your guest and for food a suggestion is you could get one of those long sandwich's that's like 4-6 ft long and the girls could cut a piece off for them self and maybe have chips and soft drinks to go with itWww@FoodAQ@Com
