Ideas For Vegan Dinner Party?!

OK so me and my boyfriend are having Vegan friends over for dinner and we need some ideas for vegan recipes!. We have vegetable butter, rice milk and vegan parmesan cheese so we could probably adapt some recipes!. also, we've recently decided to cut down on our wheat so ny ideas that are also wheat free would be great!. i'm not sure if they're wheat free, but its worth a shot!
u can pop them in the microwave or cook them on the grill
