Try your local Churches, halls,and community centers.You need to check on it soon, to get a good booking.

Your house. If you can't do that, rent a hall or something.
Depending on how many kids will be invited. If there are lots of guests, then some nightclubs rent out for a night and have dances, non alcoholic of course!! Otherwise if there are only a handful of guests try a movie then pizza parlour after. Roller rinks are fun too!!
Back in the day we used to rent out the skating rinks, lol, but that is so not cool now..
Does your neighborhood or a friends neighborhood have a club house that can be rented out? There is usually just a small fee involved, and plenty of space for a party, often there is a kitchen so you could serve food.
