How long can pork roast sit in sweet and sour marinade?!

Question:

How long can pork roast sit in sweet and sour marinade?

Answers:
if it is refrigerated about 2 to 4 hours if frozen about 3 months do not let sit at room temp ever it will make you real sick it will go bad..

If uncooked: few hours-up to over night (seal and freeze up to 3 months).
If coolked: couple days (seal and freeze it:upt 1 month or 2)

Pork is the other white meat...so like chicken, it takes a marinade better than ,say, beef. If you keep it under 40 degrees, you can get good pruct for up to 72 hours in a marinade. If you freeze it in a marinade(uncooked), it'll be good for a week or 2 tops...i don't recommend freezing any raw food in a marinade though. Pork can be difficult if it isn't handles just right.
Enjoy

I have marinated pork (very fresh) for 3 days without a problem. It really picks up the flavour this way! Must be fresh, as mentioned, and kept the entire time in the coldest part of your refrigerator.
