Any ideas for food to serve at an "adult" party.?
I don't know what to serve for the party I will be hosting in Jan. When I say "adult party" I am referring to a party I am hosting through a company that sells adult "toys" and such. I want to have like finger foods and stuff, but I have no idea what to make. Any ideas or recipes would be awesome! Thanks so much!
Answers:
Strawberrys, anything with chocolate plus cookies. Pieces of cheese and grapes (as in wine) will do to. Body part formed chocolate cakes maybe good. Some liquer (such as wine and bear) also tends to make people more confortable and willing to buy things. Johan

i once hosted a party like this ...but instead of "toys" it was just lingerie...anyway...i made a penis shaped cake that went over like gangbusters!! what i did was take a sheet pan and make a devils food cake and then cut it out into the shape of a penis...i used hostess chocolate cupcakes for the testicles and i used white icing for the...well you know...i also used a chocolate chip to create a tiny pee hole....it was really beautiful...

One block of Velveeta cheese, cut it into chunks and put it in a crock pot on High. Add one large jar of medium salsa. One pound of lean ground beef, fried until done. (The lean kind will leave little to no grease.) Put the meat into the crock pot with the cheese and salsa. Mix well. Keep and eye on it and stir occasionally to get everything melted. When it gets closer and looks like cheese dip, turn it down to low. Probably takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Leaves you plenty of time to do other things and it always goes well at parties around here. Just my thought. Oh yeah, and don't forget the nachos or Fritos Scoops!
If you want to stay in the "Theme" anything that looks like what you try to sell. Ask a bakery/Restaurant to make sandwiches,pizzas,mini-cucumbe... filled with fresh cheese and mini tomtoes placed on the right spot,lol etc. in a certain shape. Have fun anyway!

I once bought a heart shaped cookie cutter (metal) and reshaped it to resemble a males package, if you know what I mean.... and I made chicken salad sandwiches and cut them with the reinvented cookie cutter.
Check out an adult store for ideas. I once saw little penis shaped pasta that would make a lovely pasta salad.
I am sure you can find things on line.I just looked and it was funny.
