When should I have the party and a good theme/ ideas. ?!
I am currently 15 going on 16 and I don't think I have enough time to plan a perfect sweet 16 so should I just throw a sweet 17 instead!. I think that if I have a sweet 17 I would be the only person so it could be original and interesting!.
also a theme I wanted to possibly have for my party is halloween/ constume so everyone either has to wear a constume or dress up and we will provide more accessories to make any outfit look like a constume!. If I were to throw this party does anyone know any low budget things to decorate the place as well as catering and everything!. Any help will be greatly appreciated so please answer!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i was thinking about doing the same thing botu my party being a sweet 17 becuase i didnt do anything for my 15th or 16th

-Hollywood Red Carpet, so people have to wear attire as if they were going to a red carpet event!.
-Arabian Nights, that just seems awesome to me and girls can dress up as belly dancers
-Phantom of The Opera, I loved that movie and people can wear the masks and all!.
