Everybody will LOVE these!!! I make them for parties; without coconut or nuts and they are a big hit! Easy to make also. The recipe is on the backside of cookie package.

Anginetti Cream Puffs
1 pack of Stella Dora brand Anginetti cookies or any round, light type of doughy cookie (cut in half).
81/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup whipped topping
3 oz. cream cheese
Drain crushed pineapple. Mix whipped topping and cream cheese for 1 minute at a medium speed. Add crushed pineapple and blend all 3 ingredients for about 1 minute at a low speed.
Drop filling from tablespoon onto bottom layers of cookies. Replace cookie tops. Refrigerate until ready ( these are better the next day). Sprinkle with powdered sugar for serving.
Food coloring can be added to fit the holiday seasons. Coconut and small chopped fine nuts also a great addition.

PIES

chips, punch

veggies and dip are good for any age

Wine ( like a box) or frozen drink mix like bacardi margaritas (in frozen food section of grocery store) with tequlia. Chips or you can buy frozen hors deuvers and cook em up at the party!

Finger foods are always great. If there is a theme, stick to the theme when it comes to food.

Hawaiian theme - hawaiian bread rolls, pineapple fruit punch, pineapple upside down cake.

Get the point? You can google any theme for any party and you will find recipes for them.

Good luck! Post some pictures!

Hormel Little Smokies (small little wieners); dump your favorite BBQ sauce on them and heat up. Serve with toothpicks. My son is 16 and this is his #1 requested party food. The Little Smokies are sold with meat, near the bratwurst.

Muffins, Sushi, Veggies & dip, Queso, Taco Salad, Sparkiling grape juice, candy, mixed nuts.

Rice Crispy treats. Teenagers love those!

How about a pasta salad? Or make some small tacos (bite sized). A veggie tray is always good, some hot wings, cheese tray, fruit (grapes/cherries). Think light, easy to eat and non-greasy.
