I lost the book and I need to know the oil to chocolate ratio.

Answers:

I believe that you need about 1 cup of oil. Don't forget to pre-heat your chocolate (in the microwave or on the stove) before adding it to the machine. Otherwise you'll be waiting all day for the "falls".

Yeah I got it. It's 5 pounds of oil to every tsp of chocolate.
