They have tortilla rollups with meats and cheeses in the frozen section at the grocery store. They also have loaded potato skins with bacon and cheddar. You can make rotel, hamburger, velveeta dip-first cook hamburger with onions and peppers til brown, drain, cook cheese in separate pan with little milk and rotel until melted add meat, serve with chips. Also there is a cream cheese dip with salsa, just stir cream cheese and salsa together serve with crackers or chips. Buffalo wings are good.

Check out Kraft Foods web site for their Stove Top Spinach Balls. Really easy to make, can be frozen and then quick baked and they are good for you. They are always a hit when I make them. Serve with any type dipping sauce....You can serve them hot or cold, although they don't even last long enough to get to the oven....

I always serve anti-pasto. I use some sausage, cheese, black olives and peppers.

Baked brie is very elegant...

Buy a round of brie, some raspberry or other fruit preserves, some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, crackers and some phyllo pastry. Thaw the pastry and spread out on the counter. Brush it with olive oil and put the brie in the center. Fold the pastry up over the brie until it is encased. Heat up the preserves, and when they are liquid, take them off the heat and add couple of tablespoons of vinegar. You can also add rosemary or similar herbs if you want.

Bake the brie at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the phyllo is browned lightly. Let it sit another 15 minutes, pour over the preserves and serve with crackers. People can cut into it and spread the concotion on crackers. Lovely

7 layer dip is the bomb-diggity!
