I am looking for a good idea for a party favor. ?!

Question: I am looking for a good idea for a party favor!. !?
My son is having his 7th birthday party tomorrow and I am stuck as to what to give the kids as a party favor!. I am sick of the cheap junk and candy in goodie bags, so I wanted to give the kids something useful!. The average age is 7 with some younger family members (age 4)!. Both boys and girls!. I am hoping to keep it in the $3!.00 to $6!.00 range since there are 14 kids coming!. Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do a "special treat" goodie bag!. Whip up some scrumptious cookies, and keep them fresh in a plastic sandwich bag!. Dress the bag up by tying it with special ribbons or bows (color co-ordinated to the theme, maybe!?)!.

If it's for boys, hot wheels cars are a great idea!.!.!.plus they're cheap! Little basketballs, soccer balls or footballs!. For girls, jewellery is a wonderful idea! Lip gloss is a good one too!

Stickers are usually a big hit, even for 7 year olds!. You can keep them in line with the theme of the party if you have one!.

If you head to the bulk section of your grocery store, you can get a ton of candy, and do a candy bag!. Not exactely the healthiest choice!.!.!.but I'm sure it will be a big hit! You can include some gum balls, and lots of interesting stuff for super cheap!

You may want to find something related to your theme!. However, you could always give them crayons or markers and small coloring books you can find those at the dollar store!. You can give them book marks that they can color, granola bars or rice krispie treats, apples, or fruit, Playdough is good too, jewelry for the girls, and small footballs for the boys!.

Below is a website that has all sorts of things to purchase in bulk, and they usually have good sales!.

At the supermarket, they have these spongebob and dora the explorer cookies, and the cool thing about them is they come with edible markers, so the kids color and decorate the cookie with the markers, and then eat it!. That's a good idea for a cheap yet nice party favor!.

Good Luck, Hope I helped =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about some tokens or free small pizza gift card from Chucky Cheeze!? You could also go to your local movie theater and purchase movie passes!. You could purchase some small piggy banks at the dollar store and put $5!.00 worth of change in it - They would probably think they are rich!. They could choose to save the money or buy something for themselves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could possibly find a deal on age appropriate books at a local book store!.

Party stores also have character items, such as drinking glasses that are always useful, not only for the party, but after!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
