What do you serve with lasagne?!
What do you serve with lasagne?
Salad ? Bread ? Chips?
Answers:
I normally serve lasagne with a nice salad and some crustinnis made from ciabatta. To do these you cut slices of bread, spread a garlic and herb butter over them and sprinkle some grated parmesan over the top and put them in a hot oven until they are golden and crunchy on the outside (gorgeous).
Salad
Salad.
It already has carbs in the shape of pasta. So bread and chips would be additional carbohydrate.
Serve salad with a nice french dressing.
Salad and garlic bread. For dessert, spumoni!
Garlic Bread and red wine
Chips and salad
Chips? Nope. Not necessary. Lasagne is usually a 1-dish meal, but sometimes a nice simple salad w/ a light vinagrette is great w/ it. Kinda cuts through the heaviness. Maybe also a nice crusty bread w/ extra virgin olive oil for dipping.
Good red wine, too, of course! cheers :)
garlic bread is good,
garlic bread either home made ( butter and garlic in a french stick) or shop bought
salad
chips
what ever u want i like small few chips with a salad
Salad and Garlic bread
I serve tossed salad and garlic bread.
Chips
Salad and garlic bread. You have your pasta as a carb and the bread so you don't really need potatoes of any sort. i normally just serve bread tbh!
All three...but not at the same time.
deep fryed smurfs
tossed in romano cheese
and a touch of wing sauce
thats one of the only meals im good at making, i put it with chips and salad, simple easy and tasty, oh and dont forget the mayo!
Salad is probably the healthiest. Lasagne and chips is very nice though also lasagne and garlic bread. Basically you serve with it, what you want.
i serve mine with salad
a smile
Garlic bread and salad..yummy!
Green salad
spinach salad
bread is ok
no chips!
Salad usually as its quite a stodgy dish.
Salad and bread
Salad, wine and water.
nothing,it's so good i want to use all the room in my stomach just for the lasagne
A nice salad ( I would recommend arugula, tomato and fresh mozerella), garlic bread (Texas Toast) and a nice wine (Doesn't have to be expensive - even Arbor Mist is pretty good for $5 per bottle).
I usually serve it with sliced large beefeater tomatoes and onion cut into large circles and sprinlke them with vinegar and pepper
Salad usually as chips/bread adds to the stodge I find.
